Solution

Remove “-flags +4mv+aic” from your delegates.xml (somewhere in /usr/lib/ImageMagick*/config/) file.

I have only tried this with Firefox but I can’t see why it shouldn’t work with SeaMonkey.

First thing you’ll need is a firefox addon: greasemonkey https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748/ . Now restart firefox

I couldn’t get this to work with the totem plugin but it works with the mozilla-vlc plugin and gecko/mplayer plugin so you’ll need to install vlc and mozilla-vlc or mplayer and gecko-mediaplayer all available from rpmfusion
I have had some slight problems with gecko (extra blank window) but no probs with vlc, if you have both, gecko seems to take preference.

Now go to userscripts.org http://userscripts.org/ and install youtube without flash http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/50771.

Right, that’s it you can now watch youtube and none of that pony flash chewing your cpu to death

When you first use it, it is set to use the highest quality by default, so I’d set to a lower quality in preferences for a quicker response and if you’re using vlc you might need to change player from generic to vlc

So that’s youtube sorted, now other sites, there are thousands of userscripts to choose from so to narrow it down you can install greasefire https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/8352/ Right-clicking on the monkey icon will show you all the scripts available for the site you’re on, popular sites like facebook, google and youtube have hundreds

alternatively you can use unplug https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2254/ (the little fish in the top right). Click on it and a window will come up showing all the alternative versions (mplayer can play just about everything), you can download or view in a new tab or window.
You can also use unplug to view vids via the command line, just click on “copy link” type mplayer, vlc or totem then paste the copied url

unfortunately some sites are exclusively flash so you’ll still need flash for some

One thing to I forgot to mention, youtube (and other sites) like to mess with things on a regular basis, so if any site stops working check for an updated script, they are all written by people in they’re spare time so be patient

The genion program reads a run input (.tpr) file and adds ions to the system. A common problem that new users make is specifying the wrong ion names (or leaving the defaults in place). You must use the -pname and -nname flags to specify the names of the ions as they appear in ions.itp for your chosen force field. For example, in ffgmx, sodium ions are named Na, but in OPLS-AA they are named NA+. If you do not make this distinction when running genion, grompp will complain later. Problem: LaTeX (and other documents) are printed with the wrong margins. Specifically, the top margin is too small, and the bottom margin is too large.

Why: Dvips seems to default to a4 paper size, while latex defaults to us lettersize paper size. They get confused, and dvips places lettersize output with a4 positioning.

Fix: force dvips or dvipdf to use A4size instead of lettersize by using option -sPAPERSIZE=a4
